That's how my lawyer has instructed me to refer to my incident as. It was no accident!

And needless to say this 'crash' has been the gift that keeps on giving!  Just had a few screws removed from my leg in an effort of close the gaps in my bones some more - if it doesn't work there may be a bone graft in my future!  As for my wife, well I write this from her hospital bed as she is getting a bone marrow transplant - her body never recovered after the crash.
